Afternoon,
Well having the family to stay didn't prove to be as expensive as i'd imagined....everyone was very tired (traveling with a 6 month old!)so stayed in for dinner (thai curry - using left over veg) when I had budgeted to go out, meaning....change added into my pot today...hurrah!!

Hi all
well you've all been so busy!
Glad things are settling down for you e4rub and lynnejk I do hope things continue to get better.
I've had an expensive start to the month what with the car needing an MOT and service, me buying a new laptop (haven't had one for years) and now DD has decided she needs a new mattress. To be fair hers is 9 years old and she's grown a lot, and she's going halves with me cos she wants a double - which means a whole new bed of course - but it's still something I hadn't budgeted for! Thank goodness for credit cards eh!
Anyway Patrick hasn't been fed yet this month so I must find some change or he'll get sad :rotfl:
Enjoy the sun while it lasts

£1.05 for the pot today, and then I was given a new £5 note in my change and I don't want to spend it as its perfect so I've put that in an envelope next to the tin and I'm going to keep any new notes coming my way. They are in the tin without being in the tin so to speak!!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0
