Evening all, some great potting going on and looking forward to this years total.
NewbieJosh - yes, congratulation on your job. You seem very level-headed and focussed and nice to see.
 I've finally got a £2 coin (after a wait) and potted that along with a 50p coin and 5 x 20p's = £3.50.
I'm hoping to hit £50 with 20p's, around £60 with 50p's and the rest with £2's and £1's. £1's will win though.

£2.40 for the tin tonight including a lovely shiny £2 coin - I am so excited about opening my tins - though not to the point of counting down the sleeps (yet....).I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Thanks Lynsey I'm very happy that I have managed to get something sorted. The pays fair and the hours are good, plus the boss is a really nice guy and seems pretty flexible so I will still manage to keep a social life which I am really happy about SAVING FOR THE FUTURE AS OF JULY 2014 SAVING FOR THE FUTURE AS OF JULY 2014

            Hellooooooo:j
Potted £2.52,the leftover coins in my purse at the end of the month.Said purse also has a £5 note in it,which,if not spent by the time I next need to withdraw money from ATM,I will pot.
Considered potting my July roadkill tonight as well, (about £5 worth, including a winning scratch card-who would discard that??),but will leave that for another day when I am looking for something to pot.
 Are we counting down yet:

Hi everyone, I've decided that I am going to wait until November to count my pot all in one go. Have been putting in odd change all week but didn't count it as I'm going. I like surprises! Need something to look forward to!
Have already decided that I will start anew from day 1 next year.
Taking tips all along the way from all you experienced savers, thank you.
ImaI'm the only one who is stopping me from achieving my goals! :wall:0
