    Great to be back since a rubbish start to the year and things.
    I'm pushing myself next year / from when this thread starts again to save more,I forget about my saving jar!!

    I will count mine on the 27th and bank it on the 28th.

    Small man is doing well with his too, and he seems to want to save it rather than buy comics and sweets, I must be setting a good example :A he has £44 saved in his tin.

    I want to set a target of £400 for next year, I only started at the end of August this year, but I want to have a good go at it next year.

    Start as you mean to go on. I think it's brilliant that he is saving they should teach more about money and finances in primary school then we might not get into such a mess . They should have classes on MSE that would teach them:)
