Just noticed that only given 20 points for Saturday 24th paper not the usual 75points.
Have I missed something?
Thank you.
Looks as though they have thought it was a weekday code. Check your points, under your account, and see what it shows.
You may need to contact them to resolve the problem.0 -
Yes. It was registered as Thursday 22nd instead of Saturday 24th even though it was definitely that day.
I will contact them.
Thanks to both of you including Quoia.0 -

I hope this is not in the wrong thread but it is an IT issue whch concerns the Mymail rewards site only.
A friend of mine has suddenly found himself unable to login to his mymail rewards account having been doing so successfully for years. He has contacted the Daily Mail who have been of no help, saying the site is fine.
I have been able to log into his account for him on my laptop, and also using my mobile phone, so I have been able to input his reward code numbers for him.
His problem occurred at the weekend when he got a message on the sign in page, in red, saying "error password" or something very similar and a request to login again. Every time he tried to log in, he fails and gets the same message. Of course the password and login are correct as otherwise I would not have been able to use them on his behalf.
On his machine, the site displays a yellow triangle over the padlock in his address bar. I have clicked on this and it says something about the site using an outdated security certificate. I don't understand that for, as I say, I can access the site using my browsers.
I downloaded other browsers on his machine (he uses Chrome so we tried IE and Firefox) but the same outcome occurred when we tried to sign him in to the site; he received the identical message about error password (without even trying to sign in) and the security issue seemed present.
Can anyone advise as to how we might solve his problem? Has anyone experienced a similar difficulty and, if so, how was it rectified? I know very little about IT and cannot suggest anything.
Thank you in anticipation.0
