Well then....
I haven't had any 'bonus' money to play with on the bingo site for a while now, so I thought I would log in and see if there was anything sat there. Nope! So I thought I would have a go a withdrawing the £9.30 that was sat in there (all winnings off bonus money!). It only went and let me withdraw!!! I was convinced there was a £10 minimum to do so! So that is £9.30 winging its way into my bank account - will be added to my "saving to clear student loan" fund when it arrives and signature will be updated!

Only 6 weekly pay days to go after today!

Online banking checked this morning - £9.30 received, so moved. Everything else doing what it should.. where it should be!


Had an additional £0.38 confirm from Q.co taking my available balance over £1.00.. which is good apart from the fact that the cashback should be £9.50!! Will message them shortly and sort that out! When that gets updated, I will request the money and pop it into my STCSL fund. All other cashback will go into the joint pot - but as this was earned on stuff I bought for work (not US) I thought I would nab it! lol


A relatively quiet weekend ahead as far as I know! Out for dinner at friends tomorrow evening so will need to grab a bottle to take. I am looking forward to a bit of a lay-in too (unless I discover there is a bootfair on Sunday morning and I can convince OH to get packed up to do it!)

The balance of my cashback will arrive in my account separately (apparently) - so I have withdrawn the £1.23 for now! This will go into the joint account (because I am lovely like that!)

£5.29 released from Q.co last night... waiting for that to arrive in the 'household account'!


Update on flight compensation - at pre-litigation status! Moving in the right direction at least!

Morning All! The sun is actually shining here this morning - been a bit grey and miserable most of the week (but not cold!).


It's Friday - so that can only mean one thing..... PAYDAY! :O) (only 5 more of these Fridays to go!)


I appear to have been paid £4.00 more than usual this week! Not sure why, but I am not going to complain! Have moved money from my account to the savings account and then moved the monthly surplus from the household account to the savings account too! I will earn as much interest as possible! lol


Pro.Ac slowly increasing. Over £5 so could withdraw - but it would cost me... so will wait until it gets to £20.00!


At work tomorrow (usual Sat) then out tomorrow night! House-sitting starts Sunday for a week - hoping the sun shines this time; will make it feel more like a holiday (although I am still working!). The house I look after is within walking distance of work - so reduced fuel costs for a week! Aiming for reduced food costs too as I want to lose a few lbs!!


Nothing more interesting to report at the mo - so I will stop boring you and do some work! Have a great weekend all! x

Morning All! Summer is back! YAY!


5th to last weekly payday today! Last full weekly pay will be Fri 2nd September, 3 days pay on the 9th and then Septembers pay on the 28th! All organised and ready to roll. It's the not playing with the pennies on a weekly basis that will be the hardest to adjust to.


Pro.Ac up to £14.62.


Nothing new from Q.co and nothing listed on fleabay. I have bits to go on, but its been so slow recently I thought I would give it a couple of months before relisting the items.


House-sitting until Sunday evening. Hoping the lovely weather stays for the weekend then I can pop over the beach and get a tan whilst walking the dog! Working extra Sat tomorrow but I will claim this back against a Sat in September I am due to work. Plan is to find a cheap week away mid-Sept! OH working on it now! I have told him in no uncertain terms that it needs to be much cheaper than our last few holidays! lol


I think that is me up to date (all monies shuffled as required!)

Ooh, £9.30 released from Q.co so have requested that. That will put my student loan fund at £42.09 (will update signature when received) which is 2 weeks worth of student loan repayments! lol

Ooh, £5.40 released from Q.co this morning! This will go £5.00 to my student loan fund and the 40p (cashback on stuff for OH and me) will go in the household account.

Morning All!


Online banking all checked and moved as required! I now have 2 full and one partial weekly pays to go.
Just waiting for my house-sitting money to arrive... it will at some point! lol

On other news..... OH booked a holiday, mid-September we are away for a week with DSS. I can't wait - just lazy days in the sun. Lush! Don't think I need any / many clothes really. Will get a couple of books from the local charity bookshop (range from 50p to £1.50) and apart from spends that is me done! I am sure OH and DSS will require a shopping trip before we go!
It is grey and particularly un-summer-like here today. Hope it brightens up for Sunday - desperate to do a boot fair. All monies raised will go into spends fund for holibobs!
