    Morning All!

And what a morning too - what with the referendum news and all! GULP!

Well, I am happy to report that the £40.00 from 0.Poll has arrived in my account and duly been moved along!

Spreadsheet has been jigged, re-jigged and then re-jigged again to a point where I am relatively happy with how things will pan out when I change to monthly pay. I also receive a £25.00 'bonus' for changing early and going straight to monthly instead of hanging it out until next January. Hey - £25 is £25 right!

Need to sling some clothes in a bag tonight ready for our weekend away. Came down with a wicked sore throat yesterday which is still going with a vengeance this morning. Max strength lozenges + paracetamol + plenty of fluids is the only way forward. Really want it gone by tomorrow!!

Still waiting for.... e-voucher and flight compensation - I reckon the latter could take quite a few months, so I will try not to bang on about it too much!

I am going to plod through my work as I really don't feel like doing it. Might see if I can head off early this afternoon!

Have a great weekend All! xxx

Back later with an update - once I have ploughed through what looks like 90 million unread emails!

    Morning All!
Yet another yucky morning weatherwise here today!
Sore throat finally seems to be easing - now have a sporadic hacking cough! Deep joy! Working tomorrow as my boss covered last week so I could go away! Yay for last weekend, boo for working tomorrow!

Not much to report moneywise this morning. Online banking completed - some spare sent over to earn some interest. Free bet cheque has cleared so that is being moved over too. I will have to wait until tomorrow to do the sweep of interest and account bonus £5.
The TKM4xx voucher is still safely tucked in my purse.
Had a £5 off a £15 food spend through for a restaurant which we used last weekend. On the first night the guy gave it back to me and said "you can keep this!". It appears you can use them more than once, so we did the next night too (although they did keep the voucher the 2nd time!) Gotta love a voucher! :O)
Really the only downside is OH deciding last week that we needed a new camera (based purely on the event we were going to at the weekend)!! About £500 later we have a new camera. To help fund that purchase I will be ebaying our "old" camera that is perfectly fine! Must try and get that all prepped and ready at the weekend.

Signed up to a new survey site..... Pro Ac. Really impressed with them so far. 8 surveys done and £8.30 in my 'pot' - you can cash out at £5 for a small fee or £20 for free. If it carries on at the current rate, I reckon I could cash out £20 every 2 weeks. Watch this space! I do have a code if anyone else would like to sign up! ;O)

I think that is all I have to report for now - nothing from the flight delay!

Have a great weekend everyone! xxx

Ok, so account reward of £5 and interest of £6 all received and in the right place... spreadsheets update accordingly!!
Pro Ac balance up to £15.42 - I am liking this!

I have 1 night + 1 days house sitting this month and then a week in August! Doing the night and day as a favour (well it isn't exactly a hardship) but there will be about £70 winging my way for the week in August! Nice!

And I think that is all I have to report for now! Planning on a low spend weekend! xxx

Nothing so far this week on the new survey site :(

On the upside - logged in to move some money about (surplus from the house account) and discovered a transaction labelled "interest error".... a whole 7pence in my favour!!! whoop whoop!

Low spend weekend didn't really materialise - went out for dinner Sat night - Oops!

Morning! The sun is trying to break through the haze down here this morning!
After today, I have 9 more weekly paydays left! :( But I have a plan and my spreadsheets show me I can cope financially with the change - mentally it's a whole different kettle of fish. How boring is monthly pay going to be??
New survey site balance is creeping up; been subscribed for just over a week now, so hoping £20 a fortnight is feasible! - A lot of the studies on there are from Universities, so with summer coming up the number of surveys is likely to decrease. Oh well, soon be September and they'll all be back!
Flight delay update - airline not responded to first letter in the time frame allowed - second letter now sent!
Fleabay is as dull as ditchwater at the moment - nothing happening! Really can't find the motivation to put our old camera on there either - looks like they sell for around £50.00. Might just keep it and see if I can 'out photograph' OH with his new one! lol
Off to watch Jaws tonight at an outdoor cinema.. virtually on the beach! lol - madness! Need to wrap up warm!
Working tomorrow and then house-sitting over night. Sunday will be spent relaxing in the morning, walking the dog, catching the Wimbledon final and a bit of the Grand Prix... might even give the football final a glance!
Right, I think that is everything from me! Have a great weekend all! xxx

    Hi All!

Just checking in quickly - Film on the beach was pretty pants - they had to delay the start until it got dark enough for the projected image to be seen on the screen and then the walkway lights came on!! A bit farcial, but it was the first one they had done - lets hope they learn from their mistakes!
Also, managed to get a balance on my student loan last night. As of last Friday I was at £1936.54 to go!! sub £2000!!! Based on my current repayments, I have 96 weeks to go... less than 2 years! So.... can you hear it coming?.... I have a plan!!! I am going to pay all the money I earn from surveys off the loan (can do it by debit card at no charge as and when I can!) Each £21.00 payment I can make knocks one week off my end date! New spreadsheet page here I come!! WHOOP! Now I know the loan is the cheapest / repayments come out at source all that blah... but I want to divert the money I am repaying into the workplace pension when it starts - that's not going to happen, but I can make sure I can divert the money over as soon as poss! Hi All!
So.... can you hear it coming?.... I have a plan!!!

First revision to plan.... As the student loan company only updates the balance once a year at the end of the tax year - would I be better 'saving' the money into my 'savings' account and using it to earn more interest and then paying a lump in March each year? Additional research into this required me thinks!
