Hi Neas,

In previous years when we've booked with Haven it has taken a few weeks for a confirmation and remaining invoice to arrive in the post. Also, I'm not sure if was Heaven, but if they are only emailing you (not posting) then suggest you check your email provider "Junk/Spam" folder as we have had them get filtered out into that. There will be a deadline for making the final payment which could be at 1-2 months before your holiday starting, otherwise they may cancel. Suggest giving them a ring to check.

Booking here priority codes no longer needed.
Just fill in the codes,your email then choose dates/sites you want.
If anything you want is available then book,you get to choose where before booking same as with priority code.
