MOre curiosity how this works with the traditional paper copy where people fill it in and post it off..

Surely there must be two buckets of holidays?

Anyone know which are the favourite parks people go for? Went for rockley park in dorset which seems fairly nice.

hi I have received booking confirmation from the sun through email for haven holiday I booked for fri24th October and entertainment passes total £44 (£11 each) which says park will invoice me for when I have booked haven before with sun holidays I have only ever have to pay for mine and wifes passes and my 2 kids under 5 has gone free.it still says under 5's free on email so just wondering if anyone knew why they have charged for them is it a mistake on suns part which will be rectified by haven or have they started charging for 4 passes minimum?thanks

They only charge for the passes you require.

thanks does that mean haven will only charge me £22 for mine and wife's passes as other 2 we need are for kids who are under 5 so are free? was just wondering why on email confirmation from the sun it says £44 when only need two passes. cheers

I just checked the pullout from Wednesdays Sun and it states on there that under 5's entertainment passes are free on that site.
Once you receive the confirmation email from Havens then if they still charge,you can ask them to take the childrens price off,and if you're taking your own linen i.e pillow cases,quilt covers and sheets,then you can ask them to take that charge off too.

As above... We had this last time when booking Haven Devon Cliffs, when confirmation came through from Haven I just confirmed two passes were for under 5s and they removed them so we only paid for two.
