Research would disagree with you. Take away the packaging and line up a row of different brand colas and few people can tell which the 'proper' one is.

I can! Only Cola I like is Coca-Cola. And no chance i'd mudlle it up with another brand.

I think you need to take it up with Just Eat, not the take away itself. It has been well reported on numerous sites that the bottle has shrunk in size, but stayed the same price. It was so they can hit a price point in retail and the costings had gone up. The marketing dept classed it as a revolution in bottle design ( shaped bottle)

The take away is only fulfilling your order that you have placed with Just Eat, you agreed a price on a bottle, just not the same size one, but if they have not been able to obtain the 2l size, then it's not heir fault. It has cost them the same, so why a refund from them?

As an aside, re Wagon Wheels, always remember this sketch from French and Saunders....

If they were contracted to supply 2l then they should supply 2l (the cost to them is irrelevant). I vaguely remember that the customer has no contract with JustEat, so its nothing to do with them. The takeaways should be updating their menus on JustEat. I presume it is their responsibility to ensure the menus reflect what they are willing to provide. If they can't provide 2l bottles, don't advertise them.

2L "full fat" Cola = 42 teaspoons of sugar. (IIRC)

1/2 the employees in Just eat outlets around by me, cant speak a word of English, so can you possibly see them changing the menus on the website?

Just eat send their own people in to sort all that out. They will amend the sites and keep them up to date, with a % of the sale going to them, as well as an annual charge made to the business.

It is up to Just eat to sort.
