    @OP. You appear to have been ripped off to the tune of 35p. You'd be better off spending the time doing a few online surveys than pursuing this.

    I can see his point. Only 35p or not, I'd be miffed. I don't have takeaways more than three or four times a year, so they're rare treats and I'm already begrudging the price.

    But yes, sadly not worth pursuing... if they were good with customer service they might have offered you a discount for next time and told you to come back direct. Never mind, eh.

    Just Eat is great for offering a choice in one place, and yes, you can get cashback, but if you do have the direct-purchase menu to hand the prices are often cheaper, they often have more deals, and can do discount for collection.

    If you've gone to the trouble of finding out they've stopped making 2l bottles then why are you still ordering them?
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
