Has anyone complained to the dedicated email address BT provided after the televised investigation from Watchdog last week regarding BT speeds?
if so can you let me know how long it took for a reply and was it resolved quickly?

            Hi,
 I complained to BT, just after Watchdog aired. BT first tried to contact me 2 days later, and kept trying until they got hold of me, a week later.0

 They can take up to 5 working days to respond. But if you get it resolved or not is a matter for you, and you alone.0

 I think this is just the normal complaints procedure and is not the dedicated contact from the WD program.0
