Hi, My daughter lives 350 miles away from me and the mother makes contact difficult. I'm in the process of getting a formal contact order part of which would involve a mobile phone. I would mainly want to use Google hangouts and WhatsApp and would want this to be an android phone. I'm undecided between contact and PAYG.…

PAYG would be a viable option and I'd go for a basic Android say the Samsung Galaxy Y - if they have wifi go down the Viber route:
