Tesco have started trialling taking coupons from other supermarkets again after a break, but sadly they are only targeting a few stores and none in the area where I live!!
Morries did actually take competitors coupons also a while back.
There is a lot of [STRIKE]fighting[/STRIKE] competition going on at the moment and it appears Morries are fighting the hardest.
I've still got 2 coupons to use and will get fruit with 1 Sunday morning.
The more fruit and veg I eat, the more calories left for chocolate.

Actually it was an informed comment not a stupid one. Have a read at the Government stats on this http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2012/03/3347/9
This is the key paragraph. "- In 2010 Scottish household purchased less fruit and vegetables than England and Wales, and less meat than those in Northern Ireland and Wales.
- Scottish consumers purchased a larger quantity of alcoholic drinks than those in Northern Ireland, England and Wales."

No it wasn't, it was completely stupid.
You said "as it is for fresh fruit there won't be many takers north of the border". Implying that not many people north of the border buy F&V or would take up an offer of a fivers worth for almost nothing.
Yet the link you provide shows that they buy only a little less than people south of the border. So if they are buying it, they will take up the offer.
If you don't want your comment to be seen as being completely stupid you are going to have to provide a link that shows not many people north of the border take up the offer of £5 worth of F&V for only 40p.
Also, it is completely stupid to think that just because they don't buy as much, they don't eat as much. Try reading this link to see how some may be getting F&V without buying it.
