No Weekly E-mail Received !!

Just curious to know whether there have been problems with the weeky e-mail dispatch as I didn't receive one this week. It's never happened before in 2 years of being registered and I've checked the spam folder and it didn't go there !

Still receiving 2 each week, sometimes both on Wednesdays, and sometimes 1 on Wednesday and 1 on Thursday,

Sandy - assuming you're on the e-mail list (which I presume you've checked) - then we are sending the email. The problem is your Internet provider (or work internet provider) may be blocking it as spam - or your email filter system maybe. Have you checked that.

There's very little we can do except try and send it to you

That doesn't explain my lack of mail this week though. Just have to wait n see what happens next week, hopefully just a minor blip.

And thinking about it, not sure I had one last week!

In case it happens again, if you keep https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/latesttip in your favourites that'll always take you to the copy of the latest email that's on the main site. If you check it late Tuesday night/early Wednesday you may even see it before it would have arrived in your inbox anyway so you'll get an even better chance of grabbing the top deals before they run out :T

My emails stopped in June when I changed my email address. Despite numerous emails to "further help" I have had only one reply. I have even unsubscribed and resubscribed but still nothing. Putting my old email address in still results in nothing. Each time I do these changes I get an automated reply. I have checked with my isp and they are not blocking the emails and other members are receiving their weekly email. I also do not have any spam filters on my computer. It would seem that I am not alone with this problem and could do with someone sorting it out please

I've not had the email for several weeks now. It seemed to stop around the time the site changed to its new look.

I find it hard to believe its a spam filter, I'm not getting any less spam than before.
