Ok I've added the fifth point and adapted for my appeal, I've also removed my original paragraph re ANPR as think the one you linked to is better for my case. I've left the unclear signage for now as little one is driving me mad:)

If you could take a look again and if all is good i'll submit later this evening

    Thanks
  • Excellent news. I have updated my popla page.

You might also consider adding to the GPEOL secion.

ParkingEye made over 600,000 (629,181) keeper requests to the DVLA in their 2011/12 financial year and their accounts show the total cost of running the entire business to be £9.4 million. This limits the average cost per ticket to a maximum of £9.4m/600,000, or approximately £16. The figures for 2012/13 are over 700,000 (720,090) and £12.6 million, giving a maximum cost per ticket of approximately £18. As not every cost of running the business is attributable to processing tickets, the average cost must be even less. Thus the parking charge cannot be a genuine pre-estimate of loss.

Leave it as it is, yes. Submit it online to POPLA, ticking 3 out of 4 appeal boxes (all except 'stolen car').
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got my POPLA acknowledgement stating they sending my appeal details to PE, completion date is on or after 12th August.

I'm going to write to the judge again enclosing a copy of this, should I send for information purposes or formally request an extention to the stay?

I would ask for an extension as it is clear you cannot make POPLA move any faster!

Do people think this is worded OK?

In my recent correspondence to you I committed to keep you up to date on the progress of a POPLA appeal.

After submitting my appeal on the 7th July I received the attached letter from POPLA indicating my appeal would be considered on or shortly after the 12th August.

In light of this I respectfully ask for an extension to the 1 month stay you ordered. Of course I will keep the court fully informed of progress and any communication from POPLA.

    Respectfully Submitted

I think I would ask for a specific extension time. POPLA can overrun and then need to communicate their decision to you.
Requesting an extension to the end of August would probably be reasonable to account for the above possible delays beyond the assessment date before you get the decision.
