Do you really need to sue the school?
Do you think the minibus wasn't insured? What a stupid statement. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

So why would a school not allow other parents to park in their car park but would allow disabled people? Cars and children don't mix. Park as far away from school as you can is the answer.
It was a car park not the playground - did you miss that bit or just not understand it?The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Not stupid at all - the first post made it appear that the OP wanted to sue the school. You are aware that many schools own their own buses?0 -

Understand completely. I'll ask my school where the 'bus park' is :rotfl:Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -

Possibly because there is not room for all of the parents to park there but due to a there only being a small percentage of disabled drivers amongst them, allowing them to park doesn't cause gridlock.Park as far away from school as you can is the answer.0
