Little toe on right foot well and truly whacked zooming out of the CS while dropping off another load of [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]useful stuff [/STRIKE] - I cannot tell a lie - gibble. Now hobbling about uncomfortably. Entire top shelf done and dusted. Oooohhh how I love saying that. Six more to go, half of one of which has also been cleared of [STRIKE]carp[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]useful stuff [/STRIKE] - I cannot tell a lie - gibble.
    Better is good enough.

So scrub everything off those lists and just potter. I'm not 100% and that's what I've done (you may keep one if it makes you feel better!)

Yesterday's ironing finished, washing on the line, Iron and board put away.

Dusty full sun isn't a good idea, methinks. Did you put a hat on? I have a rather fetching little peaked cap that lives in the peg bag, to wear while I'm hanging out washing. Take care mate; hope you're ok tomorrow.

HB ouchy-ouch! If I had £1 for every time I've stubbed a (bare) toe, I'd have - probably £2497 by now! Got any arnica? Witch-hazel?

Folks, as I've mentioned, we have the plumbers coming tomorrow; Mr LW has arranged to wfh so that I don't have to deal with workmen myself (just keep the doglets out from underfoot) but I may well not get chance to post tomorrow - if I don't, I aiten't dead, just knee-deep in plumbers!:D I'll try and munch frogs as best I can, or at least catch emerging tadpoles.:D;)

Thank you Dr Kitten :) I think the term 'deep clean' has frightened me when I have so much basic cleaning to do :o However I am taking baby steps and chipping away. Flylady support is helping, thank you all xx

  • ..... am sort of going to do my own thing this week. I've been re-reading Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui by Karen Kingston and it's given me ideas! There are also non-flying things that need to be done as well (crochetting and surveys to name but two), so watch this space .....

Update: Have cleared quite a bit of clutter, bearing in mind that yesterday wasn't the best this year. To town for 9.45 am, wasn't seen till about 10.15, so not back home by 11.00 am; out again at 12.00 noon for Lunch Club which lasted till about 2.15 pm; appointment in town at 3.30 pm and official socialising at 6.30 pm. Got back home at about 8.00 pm feeling like I'd been put through the mangle and retired for the night!

Today has been better, as I was at work this am (10-12) and have been decluttering and shopping this pm. Haven't had a cuppa since this morning so am going to remedy that NOW!

LW: Good luck with your plumbers
    Bonnie: Welcome back!
Bossy: Belated happy b'day and hope all goes well
