Pigpen was OH under the influence when he bought that tie? My DH had some really really gross ones when they were in during the 80s!!

I dread to think.. I daren't ask if he ever wore it! It isn't from the 80's though.. he was born in '81 so was a wee babe! He has no excuse for owning something so frightful!

First metre of shelving sorted, cleaned and where appropriate, chucked. I have another 23m to go and the recycling bag is already full! Letting go of the past feels rather lovely.
    Better is good enough.

I've managed to wash up, put the throws on the sofas, tidied up, looked at my music and I'm now wondering why half my music is missing from my 1tunes folder and thats it. My GUAG has run away :o I'm going to go have a bath (times like this I miss being able to take a shower) and see if I can find some energy before DD gets home. I somehow doubt it as I could quite happily curl up and sleep today. :o

wondering what offensive ties pigpens OH has :)
Mr LW has several "amusing" ties.
Post your deep clean ideas and I'll collate them tomorrow first thing all being well.
*Grovels* Dusty I'm so sorry; I've only just now got around to switching the 'puter on, been busy all morning, so I'm late with my Deep Clean declaration. *grovels some more*
Anyways, I have to empty the cupboard under the sink ready for the plumber to come and fit new kitchen taps tomorrow morning, so I'll give it a good scrub out while it's empty; makes sense, yes?:o

LW my lovely you do not need to grovel, I know you will always find your own way of taking part in whatever we set (more than some others mentioning absolutely no names).

I was feeling better so thought I'd just prune the bush by the bins, I am exhausted now, it being in full sun did not help.

Going to have a 15 minute rest, then put the washing out and then either just light dusting or finishing the ironing.

LW.. I'd not worry.. I don't even know what a deep clean would entail.. surely if you have visible dirt you clean it.. but 'deep clean' to me is like carpet washing and ceiling wiping.. I ain't doing either, esp. not today on 3 hours kip..

OH has taken pinks to ice skating..
DD2 is hanging out laundry.. *SLAAAAAAVE LABOUR!!!!!*

HV appointment rearranged.. ooh I need to rejig physio too.. I'll do that now.. and get the kitchen swept.. maybe.. I just want to sleeeeeeep.

    Afternoon all.
After my post this morning i got kiddies to school, walked to post office for some money, rang a skip and decluttered £185. Do decided to start on the shed first as we knew there was a lot of rubbish. .. almost the entire shed will be going in it! It's all wet, damp, mouldy, chewed! There is also a massive bees nest at the back and they aren't best pleased at being disturbed.

In between I have fetched ds2 home as he was sick everywhere. He'sslept all aafternoon, he can't cope with heat at all. I've bagged 2 black bags of rubbish from our room for the skip and 2 bags for the charity shop. Also saved a bag from the shed full of coats that I am going to attempt to wash for the charity bags.

Not got nephews as eldest has a chest infection so just having a cup of tea before I fetch the little I ones and will carry on with the skip, think we may need another before the weekend!
