    Yes.

I was thinking your nikkster lights or salt lamp would be perfect if you were going to use a light.

Have you unpacked salt lamp? Where is it?

Battenberg trousers were sold out in his size.

He has blue chinos. He hates chinos

Why he is sitting on the floor is any ones guess

I thought blue and brown were a fashion faux pas...?

.... she enquires, while lying on the sofa in some size 10 black "short shorts" and a big green, unfitted, T shirt with a bleach stain down it.... and leopard print/pink slippers.

Blue and brown is quite a classic posh alert combination.

Black and brown look a bit silly together.

Red and green should never be seen

No white after Labor Day ( doesn't apply here I guess ;))

    Um,

No, blue and brown happens a fair bit in tweeds and wools.

Brown shoes are really popular ATM. Personally I'm not a fan of brown leather with suits that much.

Do you think I should have checked it was ok with him before posting his legs?

Yes, lamp's unpacked and on the floor, beside my Ikea lamp.

Earlier this morning I was trying out some window suction hooks to hang the Nikkster lights permanently inside now the days are cooler - see how that goes. They've currently got a whole living room windowsill to themselves.

No ... I doubt he's recognisable ... I removed the link "in case" anyway.

I've pretty much delved, here and there, through all boxes ... and I'm short of a few things. I am hoping they'll turn up at some point. They're small ornaments, but with sentimental value. There were two "lots" of such stuff - I've unpacked/found four items, the others (smaller) haven't put in an appearance yet, but, as small ornaments, I might find them tucked inside odd things, wrapped in tissue, yet.

I'm short of: a shell, a small glass "art piece", a 3" stone man, a 4" bronze monk and something else that I can't remember right now.....

With all the moving around, in my car, man/van, stuff in rooms/hotels, stuff as a lodger, stuff in storage units here and there .... it's always a fear that one box was overlooked. It's strange how sometimes you're so used to seeing things that you don't see them ... iyswim. Which is how people leave things behind. I am not a loser of items though .... so I'm sure they'll turn up.

Sometimes these things only turn up When you actually unpack I think.

    I hope anyway.
