Good news in the tifosi household. Drtifosi has got a great promotion at work. Huge number of applicants, but he got it. This is a very happy place to be tonight.

Great news, rumour here is that they are going through one of their regular cost purges (demand looking a bit weak) so getting a promotion is great.
    I think....

    Well done.

This time next week you will be sick of courgettes.

Might be a bit sooner - there's a couple of largish ones!

I can fast track you. You need evidence of gardening here to demonstrate you have done your hell on earth. I will write you a reference.

Help with de junking and you get your own cloud and harp.

I am RC and my Auntie May said plenty of rosaries..so I am pretty confident I can get you in.

It is not me trying to get in...I can promise what I like (evil grin smiley)

Someone has to go to the other place. Anyway you will join me when you get out of prison.
    4. It was hot in there, too darned hot. Way too hot. We sat and dossed about and ate for an hour or so; I had the chickpea biryani and chips, the rest all had salmon/spinach lasagne (maybe because they're posher than me).

There were 5 of us .... well, 4.25, so you might be able to guess who else was there :)

I didn't buy anything permanent, just consumables. You did like the salmon and spinach lasagna, once you tried it, didn't you?

Kermie didn't spend anything either - he had his balloon with him, and his food supply, what else does a baby need?
The 1 /4 Pinter is about the best behaved person of that size I have met. And with a gorgeous timbre of voice, not in the least shrill, amazing actually. NDG is extremely good and extremely clever.

Can I just mention how absolutely elegant spirit looked, here I was going 'doesn't matter, its just us friends' and in she walked looking as elegant as can be!

She certainly did - but you looked as gorgeous as ever (like that pale silver eyeshadow, it suits you) and PN looked cheerful and summery in her floral shirt, too.

I let the side down, and then ended up getting decorated in poo to boot.

I have NP meet envy. From those on today's outing, I have met lir and PN, but I really want to meet Spirit & NDG (and of course Kermie) too.

Love to meet you and your children, too. I think all 4 of us (adults) had met each other before. It was lovely to meet again.

      Kermie's happy to meet anyone.

Isaac was offered Ikea + chatting, and declined.

That's great news! These are belt-tightening times so the extra security and income must be very welcome!

Might be due to location/number of animals/number of campers.... and, in some bizarre way, it might be the perceived problem of tracking down last week's campers and containing/isolating this week's campers, if the animals got mad cow disease/foot and mouth or something.

It's one thing to say to a farmer "Right, your animals... shut your gates for a month, nobody/nothing's coming or going"... entirely different to say that to 100 campers who booked into a tent for 2 nights.

Back then it was only 12 caravans around two and a half edges of the field. With a separate area fenced off in the middle for livestock, that did kind of join up to the lower next door field though that was gated off for the sheep. There have always been cows intermittently in the next door field - hate it when they're there as we get so many stupid flies coming in to caravan (stupid as they land on big front window and can't find way out). We came here during last F&M thing, mostly it was business as usual. But I suspect you are correct about that part of separating animals and people. I do miss the sheep though! :rotfl: Last year we were forced to purchase one of those electric racquets when the cows were in next field... OH does not use it naked though. :rotfl:

I was told not to use a straw because you don't want a high 'negative pressure' in your mouth after extraction. Whatever that means... (I think it means you don't want to suck out the clot)

Glad you got it sorted. Do you have to go again (I don't think they usually do more than two quadrants of the mouth at a time)?.

I've got another appointment already booked. That'll be my top teeth sorted. We did a quadrant and a bit today.

Then, we'll have a little break and do my bottom teeth which are less bad.

One of the fillings is very deep, so I don't think even the quadrant we finished today will stay finished...
