Aww,bless you Nargleblast.
Don't feel silly-you saw what can potentially be a money-saving/environmentally plan. You signed up,then on researching further, found it expensive, and were able to change your mind.No damage done.
I would have no idea what to expect to pay for this sort of system, nor what to specs to expect of it.You were right to do research, and it doen't really matter that you did this even after signing up-result is the same:saving yourself :T
Really thought I was in for a NSD today.I knew we had run out of margarine, but kids didn't notice on their toast this morning,so I had no intention of wasting a NSD for marg!
Was at library with kids,OH phones up "we haven't got any bread,milk,margarine......".Blimey isn't marg expensive when you buy it at the corner store .
Can I just say,I started a thread today, and I really thought I might have found more people that wanted to play.If anyone is interested,it is here :

Some months are like that, and real life gets in the way.I'll keep a seat warm for you!0 -
Thanks for the supportive comments, friends! Feeling a little less prattish today, but still in awe of how easy it is for even[STRIKE] tight a r s e[/STRIKE] financially-savvy peeps like me to get caught out. A lesson to be learned.
