You guys have piqued my interest. Just found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJaMoh8itog Loom monkeys. Is it me or is this craze essentially crocheting with rubber bands?

I am always telling Poppy about Lucy, Chloe, Snoopy and Muffin Sometimes i am sure she sits listening thinking here we go again

It does, but I'm at the happy reminiscing stage now I think it helps when they are old and just die because of that and you know they had a happy life

I make my own. Jam jar of zest with vodka poured over. Lid on and leave to ferment minimum of 2 weeks but have left alot longer. When you are ready 4oz water with 2 oz ish of sugar in saucepan boil up to melt sugar. Remove from heat and add juice of 4 or 5 lemons. When cold then sieve lemon vodka mix to remove zest and add to sugar mix. I find it keeps in fridge several months.
personally I like it mixed with very cold sprite.

The great thing is it is almost perpetual in the making once you start as the lemons used for juice can be zested to make next lot.

It is not an exact science but I have used this reciepe for years.

Have made with other fruit. Pretty much anything will work.

Traditionally it is drank neat after a meal as a digestgent but I love 0it with sprite.

Sooo tired couldnt sleep lastnight after watching the hunger games, started thinking what I would of done :rotfl:. Going to head off and get some sleep in a mo, fresh bedding is the best, if we had millions I would pay someone to put clean bedding on the bed ever day :rotfl:.

I've just watched the simple bracelet one and it reminds me of finger knitting which was all the rage when I was in primary school :rotfl:
