    Sassy,

I don't often respond to peoples threads but felt compelled to respond to yours. I have been where you are. I'm not sure what lead you to this part of your life, and I'm not asking, but I have been on the bones of my a**e with no one to pull me up.

That was 4 years ago. I was paranoid, I suffered agoraphobia, panic and anxiety attacks and each minute felt like an hour. I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep and I feel incredibly guilty for being a terrible mother to DD who was 3. I was a single parent, DD's dad threatening to take DD off me, along with members of his family verbally abusing me. My Mum passed away when I was 18, from alcohol abuse, my Dad and I have quite a fractured relationship and my "friends" backed off because they didn't want to understand.

Take each day as it comes, if necessary each hour. Don't give up just yet, please. I am not saying you will be 100% feeling happier or stronger tomorrow, or even next month. But life has a way of throwing little miracles at you that just for a brief moment make you realise life might not be so bad after all.

Just to give you a little update - I now work full time, I don't have panic attacks when I drive any more, I don't have panic or anxiety attacks either {though I'm aware they may happen again.} I have a beautiful little girl who amazes me more each and everyday and I look back and think "I didn't think i'd be here" I always thought life would be a struggle, but it doesn't have to be that way.

We are here for you, not judging or pressuring you.

Don't give up, not just yet. Much love x
