I have banked on-line with Nationwide and Santander for years and more recently business banked with Barclays and never had this issue.
Any problems I have had have generally been self inflicted - pin numbers, etc - or systems being down for maintenance.
I don't know what your poll is trying to achieve - statistically it means nothing unless you know numbers of customers.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
