Not perhaps the semi-final we all hoped for. Think it was a defenders on top type of game. And Mascherano was immense.

Thought both teams had done their homework well last night.
Holland had made all their subs so couldn't bring Tim Krul on for pens.

Also, can't believe the Dutch keeper has never saved a penalty in his professional career!

Gutted! My master plan didn't work! But with Germany in the final and hopefully winning I should pull in a few hundred.

Germany will easily tear argentina apart.
Going forward argentina have been very poor all tournament,
Im expecting a goal, apart from mascherano no-one else in the argentina team has done anything worth writing home about.

The Argies won't be quite the push over Brazil were, and Germany are inconstant in their match performances.

Looking forward to a cracking good final. Argentina 2 - 1

Agreed they wont be as easy as brazil, but every argentina performance has been poor, winning by 1 goal only..
And if you cant even score in a semi-final then theres no hope.
They only have 3 good players, mascherano, messi(although looks like he can only play at club level) and higuain.
The rest are poor and only play well at club level ocassionally, aguero (ok his careeer is over due to constant injuries, but he was never a great player), zabeleta cant even play well at club level nowadays.
Such a shame really messi arguably best in world - Im sorry if you can only perform well at club level then you aint the best in the world!

Easy easy win for Germany - And of course Brazil want Germany to win, so the support will be great for them.
And most brits would prefer germany to win, (Falklands!!!!!!)
