Living Social iPad deal - help
Comments

I too have had the same problem.
Called Living Social yesterday and they advised the iPad maybe as late as Friday and if not received to call back and they will find a Royal Mail tracking number.
I have little confidence of receiving this item before the weekend/ever...0 -
I called the company just now.
No refund allowed until they can track the item ?
I would like to hear what Mr ML has to say about this ? :mad:0 -

But if it hasn't been sent (which is the most-likely scenario), how can it be tracked?0 -
I just spoke to Living Social again.
They said that my order is not on the list of those already dispatched, but that I should expected receipt no later than Tuesday.
I asked for compensation and now have a £10 Living Social credit...0 -
Just to say I'm another person who hasn't received their I-Pad yet and I have emailed their help desk (no reply yet)/:(0

Yet again same story with myself over 21 working days now and no Ipad, as others I have been promised they will look into it and get back within 7 days.
Looking at reviews on others sites I have no doubt I am going to have to fight for my money back, they have even been on the BBC Watchdog program for non delivery.
Should Martin have really recommended a company like this with such a bad reputation? or is he also gaining with click referral's for cash. I only bought because of his recommendation.0 -

Any listing in a MSE email is simply that. It is a listing of an offer and not a recommendation or endorsement. It is still up to you to exercise due diligence.
For example: I would never use any of these deals companies for the simple fact that I am too impatient to wait for delivery. As previously said most of these deals are often from smaller companies who can get swamped with orders or simply not have the stock to fulfil.
Added to the fact that most of these deals companies have appalling customer services. The man without a signature.0 -

My iPad arrived yesterday. Package had address label scruffily hand
written, so I guess this is not a highly professional company supplying the deal. Won't be using Livng Social again.0 -

And how's that worked out for you?
Sometimes there's a balance between money saving and hassle.0
