    PTB='Powers that be' i.e. those at MSE in charge of the forum.

    I hope they are reading this thread and will take the appropriate action.

    They occasionally answer, but they are very busy people - and of course two of the original four (pic, top right) have now left - with no mention of any replacements - so they are probably swamped.
    I just wish we could help them out in some way ...
