The deal is 'instore' until 1st July.

Just had delivery of 12 - with no substitutes - at 28.82 plus delivery.

So no cancellation, or even substitutions, for us!

Whether that's because I didn't log-in to check the order (which some earlier in the thread suggested might trigger a cancellation), or whether that's simply because our local Tesco depot had stock and cancellation was never even an issue, I don't know.

But as they obviously had stock I suspect it was just a straightforward delivery.

So, to echo all the posters above - why is this thread marked as 'expired'? The deal still works. At least some Tesco branches have stock. And the offer is listed as valid until July 1st.

Edit: redfox has now unexpired this again (thanks redfox) but makes the point it will go expired again if enough people mark it as such!

Got mine today, delivered from Lancaster. Just 4 bottles, but all went through no subs - will try it tonight!

Yesterday at about 2pm I had a call from C&C that my order for 12, that I should have been collecting between 5 and 7pm had been cancelled and even thought I had requested subs, they has nothing suitable to sub it with, I went to the same store at 5.30pm where they had 6 bottles on the shelf, so as several others have reported, it is worth going in store to check for yourself..

Husband just called me to say he'd been instore on his way to work and the deal is now over.

It's not. The store he visited may have no stock but many others still do. The deal finishes on the 1st July, as previously stated.

I ordered 12 bottles to be delivered along with my shopping last friday. Order arrived the offered 2 subs rather than 12.....
Took the subs and rang tesco to query that eve, told that the store would ring me in the morning to rearrange, no call from the store in the morning so I rang tesco back. Told that there were no alternative solutions (So my local store had run out of red wine........ lol) but given a refund for the 2 subs that I received (of £15.98 even though I paid £5.50) and a £5 voucher.
Shame as would of really liked to get the wine, not really ordered from Tesco much for food but wasn't that impressed, found asda delivery better
