    I order 8 to be delivered last night, I always accept substitutions but they didn't send any. Phoned the helpline today to complain and was given a £10 voucher. But stilll no wine and they have removed it from the website now.

    Looks like they've removed it from the website - gonna take a trip to my local tomorrow as when I went in the other day there was 1 bottle and the kind member of staff looked on the computer and told me more were being delivered today but the delivery wouldnt be shelved until tonight so will pop down in the morning and see what is what.

    I made an order for delivery on Monday. The wine went in my trolley okay. But now I go to check order the wine says not available? Does this mean I would get no wine at all? Does anyone know please? Tia

    Just had my delivery (1600 - 1700) slot, ordered yesterday. They substituted the Roussillon with 10 finest cotes catalanes Grenache and 2 finest cotes catalanes carignan. Don't really understand the maths except only £25.28 to pay, including a £4 delivery charge !
    Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)
    It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound in weight. Target 13 lbs weight loss. 18.5lbs lost 2nd May - 28 September.

    Had better do otherwise I will be sending a strongly worded em to their CEO asking for a GOGW due to their incompetance.

    For info, I have not recieved any em to advise me that they won't honour the offer so I am off to the store tomorrow to pick up the wine as they advised !!
