I find it occasionally happens that I am told items I had added to my order earlier are unavailable if I go back to add something later. I don't know if it works, but if I want a good offer to be substituted, I try not to open my order again - so they can't tell me something is not available!0

I did wonder about this too - crossed my mind that this might have been something to try and substitutes would have to be sent. Think I would have been better not to access my next week's order. Will try this another time....“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -
Just refused my delivery as cost was £51.80 instead of £30.80! Rang customer services who apologised and sent a £10 voucher and suggested I reorder but the 2 for £8 not available now so a no go. oh well, worth a try!0

Was lucky to buy some Cotes du Rousillion in Hexham at around 4pm yesterday. Still a few bottles on shelves when I left. Offer not advertised but went through checkout okay.0

I have ordered 8 bottles to be delivered this morning and I have deliberately not accessed my order as I am sure it would say 'no longer available'. I have also put in the substitution box 'any other finest wine' - so fingers crossed!"Women are made to be loved, not understood - Oscar Wilde .
