DH tried it this pm and said it was nice, but then there's not much that's alcoholic that he doesn't like, especially for that price!!

I tried to order on Friday and the order was cancelled, retried ordering yesterday and delivery just arrived. Been substituted to Cotes Catalanes Grenache and cheaper than the order I placed.

The Tesco online offer is still removed so why bring this post back ?

Can't really complain though. I went to my local store today to pick up my 12 bottles of wine. Only 6 delivered. Went to customer services and hey presto.....they gave me 6 bottles of Croze Hermitage for £20.68 as compensation !!!

By the way, I will still be complaining via em to the Tesco CEO via em. With luck, I will get some sort of GOGW.

Just need for Plusnet to get their em working now. One mo, I will register a complaint with them soon to get compensation as well.

As they say, c'est la vie lol !!

Got my order on Friday night, I ordered 12 bottles but only received 6. They didn't substitute them despite me ticking the substitution box and because they deducted them from my order they also removed my £15 voucher on a £50 spend. Think I too will be calling Customer Services!!

There is a theory (see higher up this thread) that in checking/opening the order to check it you allow them to cancel it! But that if left untouched they will not cancel it.

So, despite having had a text from Tesco today inviting me to edit my order (12 bottles), due tomorrow, any time up to late this evening, I'm resisting temptation to even log-in...

Will report back tomorrow.

I'm not sure why this has been expired again because if you are lucky enough to find instore it was still taking off the 2 discounts today.

Just because it is no longer available online the stores must still be getting deliveries as I was lucky and can confirm if you previously did an online order and you have not gone back in to look or edit your order and they have stock it will be picked for you.

My C & C this morning was successful from an online order done Saturday.
