How long did you have to wait for an appointment?We applied on the 9th June wanted confrmation of salary and last 2 bonus payments.

I spoke to a broker yesterday and they were surprised we got off lightly in terms of documentation.
We are under the impression (potentially wrongly) that we are at the final stages, if they are happy with our bank statement we will be granted the mortgage.
Like I say we have been a customer of theres for 7 years I am not sure if that makes a difference? or I am just being far too optimistic. I will say the whole Mortgage process is a utter shambles and needs an overhaul in terms of timings and information.0 -

@socookin once application was submitted via call we were asked to pay for survey and provided vendor details so that was paid for there and then just waiting to hear when it's been booked for..0 -
