Good morning again
Eventually dragged myself out of bed to get to slimming world to find out that I have stayed the same :j what a result. It turns out that having chocolate oranges, cheese and random party food seems to be my kind of diet!
I think it's due to being able to eat when I want as opposed to eating at break times which to me means I've only got 30 mins to eat as much as possible
So far today I have spent £4.95 on slimming world and 80p on a mirror newspaper so that I could get the free slimming world magazine they are doing. Wouldn't normally buy a paper so this is an additional spend, however, I usually buy a recipe book or something at the meeting so I will get the papers this week to get the recipes instead of the book I would have bought.
I'm working at 12 today and hubby has taken the car to go to the gym so I need to walk to work. I'm dressed and just having a cup of tea before I leave. Am not wanting to spend money on juice so am going to fill a bottle before I leave and also take a yogurt and a mug shot for when I get my 15 mins tea break.
We haven't left anything out for dinner tonight but are planning to go to Tesco and morrisons when I finish work and see if there are any bargains. Going to make sausage casserole, chicken and rice soup and lasagne tomorrow so just need some potatoes and carrots for that. Have everything else in providing I take it out the freezer this afternoon when I get home.
I need to invest in some plastic containers to separate portions into for freezing so they will need to come out the shopping budget.
Managed to declutter a bottle of champagne type stuff to mother in laws yesterday as neither of us drink it.... One bottle down another 5 to go
Will post all spends later. Hope everyone has a great day

Good going on staying the same weight. :T I'm pretty sure I've put on some weight, really need to get back into a routine with exercise.

Instead of buying plastic containers, you can line a bowl or whatever with a freezer bag, freeze the food and then remove bowl from the freezer. I do it with large mugs for soup as it means it defrosts in individual portions.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Hey yes it sounds good if you actually follow it throughI'm going to compile a list today of everything I have in freezers, fridge and cupboards to see what I actually have and anything I'm not going to use for any reason will be given to mum if she wants it or to the food bank.

Thanks I will do that with my soup ready for putting in my soup mug for work the next day.... Does anyone know can you freeze chicken and rice soup?DEBT OUTSTANDING 23.04.17 £16802.970 -
I have made my payment a day today £3.99 in total. £3.30 to barclaycard, £0.44 to RBS card and £0.25 to my savings tin.
I have decided that if I don't spend any cash in a day I will reward myself by putting £1 away in my savings tin. If i do spend any cash I will take any loose change up to 99p from my purse and put that into my savings tin. This will know be accounted for in my PAD spends.
I spent £12 last night in morrisons on yogurts, milk, bread, carrots, potatoes, apples, garlic bread, kitchen foil and throw away tubs (like the ones they used to use in the takeaways) the foil ones. Not very MSE but will do the job until I can get to a cheaper shop.
I left out everything out of freezer last night :j which is a big achievement for me.... Just need to do something with it today....still in my pjs
The mince for the lasagne has went off so it's in the bin and hubby has been dispatched to get some fresh stuff... Let's hope that's all he brings home!
Looking forward to inventory of food stuff so going to get up and get on with that now

Well chicken and rice soup and sausage casserole made and loads of both left for lunches and dinners. Just need to freeze some of it once it has cooled.
Haven't made the lasagne as I can't be botheredwell we don't need it until tomorrow night so will have to do it once I get home from 3 jobs  not sure I will manage it but going to have to or hubby won't have anything for dinner at work on Tuesday. Although he's not feeling too great today which is not like him here's hoping it's a 24 hour thing that passes.
I haven't managed to complete my inventory but did do my two freezers and I have the following in:
3 packs of 4 birds eye chicken burgers
1 sweet chilli chicken ready meal
1 pack of mini kievs
1 pizza
1 pack of chorizo and chicken rice balls
1 chicken curry Kiev
20 potato waffles
3 bags potato croquettes
1 bag aunt Bessie's home fries
11 Yorkshire puddings
9 individual portions of chopped onions
4 bags of diced onions
Sliced limes
Sliced lemons
3 portions of carrot batons
1 portion of chopped carrots
Tub of ice cream
5 packs of mince
3 packs of 4 pork & chorizo burgers
1 chicken
1 beef joint
1 pack of 5 lorne sausage
2 packs of Turkey mince
1 rack of lamb (quite small no idea what to do with it!)
1 pack 4 beef olives
1 pack 2 salmon fillets (don't eat this no idea why I bought this but husband says he will eat it)
1 pack 4 southern fried chicken fillets
1 pack venison meat balls (again this is hubby's )
2 peppered rump steaks
5 rump steaks
4 sirloin steaks
4 ribeye steaks
1 pack of diced stewing steak
7 braising steaks
So think I have a few things I can make out of this lot....
Also have 5 large jars douwe eggberts coffee bought when they were reduced to £3.29 in morrisons such a shame I only drink one cup a day now instead of 4  not out of date until 2016 may have to increase coffee intake to 2 cups a day as I only have 100 green lemon tea bags and usually have 3 of these a day.... If I have 2 of each can eek the tea bags out longer... Refuse to buy the 20 pack for £2 usually wait until tetleys ones on offer for £1 for 50 so will need to keep my eyes open for them.
Need to get everything ready for work in the morning. My soup is in my cup need to look out my lunch bag, make up 2 bottles diluted juice, fill my small coffee jar and remember to take mug and glass and fleecy hoodie back to work... Going to be a big bag I need for tomorrow I think! Still have to look out something for wearing need to buy new trousers as the two pairs I can find are far too big now and was supposed to look out smaller ones but didn't.
I know I'm not going to sleep tonight as I haven't really slept last few nights tomorrow is going to be a long day!

Well after almost surviving the holidays I completely fell off the gambling wagon tonight... It's amazing how one little advert was enough to set me off...
Upshot of it is I did have a small amount of savings..these will now be used to pay off my credit card. I am so angry at myself  but nothing I can do about it now it is done. I have contacted all the accounts I could remember ever having opened and have self excluded myself from them. I have told my husband who wasn't amused but understands.
The only thing I am now allowed to do is the lottery and he will take to dealing with the account for that so I have no contact with it at all.
I always slip up over the Xmas period it usually starts with the scratch cards I get as presents from family who know I have a gambling problem  I always let my husband get them but this year I've spent more time at home watching TV and the number of adverts for casinos hasn't helped.
I'm back at work tomorrow so although the urge will still be there I shouldn't have the ability or time to give into it.
I am going to start doing competitions again that helped last time.
The house idea is definitely going to have to go on hold now due to the transactions that will show on my statements:mad::(

My day just keeps getting worse I've been hearing lots of good things about YNAB so went ahead and bought it through paypal for 29.99 so was mega excited to start using it only to find you have to set it up on a PC first which wouldn't normally be an issue except I haven't been able to find my laptop charger since before Xmas so can't do it. Now I know it's not the end of the world but right now it feels like it is!
Thanks in need of direction I just feel like such an idiot am sitting here in tears over a stupid app that I can't work properly but think it's everything all rolled into one. The spending the money gambling going back to work tomorrow and just feeling like a failure
