My children no longer have my names! does this affect Child maintenance?

Some People will always change names illegally the same way some mothers put a different blokes name on their birth certificate.

Op, I do not have sympathy for you. My ex tried to get out of paying child support for my daughter begging them in a letter that he shouldn't have to pay for a child he didn't want and thankfully the CSA didn't listen to him.

You have children and it is your duty to pay for their upkeep no matter what their name is or how they live.

I think you should try to get in touch with your children and see them regularly because this is not their fault and then you can have them at weekends and give them a break from their pigsty
