I seem to remember you selling out to another Punch & Judy man. Are you simply their 'front man now?'0

I think it was well documented that Martin did sell MoneySavingExpert, but did so on the basis he remains editor-in-chief and makes all the editorial decisions.
Not too sure why it needs to be brought up now though.. he has still made a difference to a hell of a lot of people.0 -

Really? So if you count all the people who have saved vasts amounts of money their is still a £19m deficit? Or are you being selective with your statistics?
You obviously have a chip on your shoulder about not taking due diligence with advice being given. Quick maths suggests the average person lost £1,461 if your numbers are correct - by following advice on this site you could easily make up that money in other savings.0 -
Well done Martin and well deserved. We are all very proud of you and all your team. You have saved our family thousands and we are all very grateful. Thank you for all your good advice.0

You obviously have no clue about the CCE case or the impact it had on creditors otherwise you wouldn't make such a crass comment.0 -
Congratulations Martin, Oh Captain My Captain
I am glad you have finally been recognised by royalty for all you do for everyone in this country even if some of those have never heard of you before. Also thanks must also go to the rest of the editorial team, the forum admins, the IT guys in the background who make it all work, my fellow board guides and the many thousands of tireless people who write into the forum and site and post myriad topics and posts helping people and making this forum the biggest of its knd in England and surely one of the biggest and best at what it does in the world
