Yes lets home BG hasn't found some system of keeping mama close at hand and wet. Babies would never be that sneaky would they.
You lot are very silly. Maybe we are a land based international space station.
All nationalities welcome. This lot were welsh/english so we are multi-cultural. And, man oh man, wasn't the game last night they watched exciting. Not a dry eye in the house, himself being half welsh too.
First lot of visitors arrived, tea'd, fed, transport arranged and left at a very reasonable 3am. No i did not get up. They do not really get scottish humour, so I spent half the night explaining myself :P (ie when given a mountain of food, I said thank you and also thank you for averting a food crisis here, unknown for our bulging cupboards we are. lol) I did get a well deserved slap on the arm when my chum fathomed I might have been teasing her as I showed her the stores.very kind they were too.
They're back on Wed from their travels 'sooth'.
Been out in garden since 7am, replanted a handful of forget-me-nots (45) into a very very large raised bed.
Dugs fed, hens fed and some planting/weeding done. I'm off to work in a mo, might go via gym.
salmon was lovely and there was enough for TRG to have a portion for lunch with some salad.
Cod tonight. We peaked last night with rissotto so not really sure what we'll have with it.
Need to put away a mountain of 'food presents' which are largely reduced.
And I've a nice bit of lucifer to dig into the garden from them too.
And some giant bags of roobarb to chop up
I do like a good food profit.
There are also a lot of sweeties which I'll take to work. Share the love.
The cephalaria has graced us with its appearance.

:hello: Morning Pips and the stripey gang
That flower is gor-jus, just gor-jusI have, i don't know how many pics of them from various NT places around the universe
Usually, i'm trying to capture a bee on them, so there's loads of shots of 'camera shy' bees bums, or just the flower, when they've flown orf in disgust at my ineptitude :rotfl:
Have a great day - loving hearing about the early morning gardening - was the moon still out for you? Fabulous sight in the blue of dawn.

Morning lovely. The main reason I grow this in a fish box (I tell myself NOT that I am too lazy to dig a big hole) is that I do like to see the bees and flutterbys all over it in the summer. Its a really long flowering beast. And, being such a big brute entirely suits nattyplaces.
The moon last night was amazing, not up when I was out, perhaps that was due to me being nose down in flower bed.
Trying to avoid bready/snacks during the day as trousers are ill fitting (shrunk??) so ate lots of fruit and had crackers for lunch. Also had a tin of asparagus spears. Which I have to say dear hearts, even though it was free and filled a hole in my gaping tummy, was NOT good.
Heartily do not recommend.
Fish here for tea ce soir, need to fathom what with.
Have a good un.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Canned asparagus is made more palatable with butter and lots of fresh lemon. My DH just loves it this way.
The wayward plumber finally showed up this morning. (last seen on Thursday) I was about to send out a search party. He jackhammered awhile on my kitchen floor and left for lunch. I can't wash dishes or cook as there is a big hole in front of the stove and the drain is disconnected to the sink. I'm hoping he returns. :undecided:exclamati:exclamati
Edited: plumber came back with a larger jackhammer and is following the drain line from the kitchen into a bed room. Kitchen tile is destroyed and now my poor beautiful wood floor! The crack has enlarged the further he goes and now is about an inch wide.:eek:Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Oh mila = that does not sound good, but lets hope its better soon.
Nice evening last night 7.5 hours in work garden then a good 6 in my own. I finished off the evening putting the light on outside and thought, perhaps it was best to call it a day. Managed a bit of a walk with himself too. 2 miles, not very great but I'm starting to walk again physio says I can even go 'off piste' if I'm careful.
Mila I can't say that anything would have savved the sparagrass mush. It was utterly vile. Poor things they died for that. Eurgh.
Chicken is merrily roasting away, defrosted it in fridge over 3 days. Tatties prepped and carrots too. We can always have a salad if this sunshine stays out.
Gardening/work emails/writing then work, need get gym later.
Keeping a canny eye on spends and money as I have limited if I dont' want to dip in to OD.
Hoping get paid from garden today. 21.5 hours
started digging up more lawn last night, slowly but surely its going.
more room for plants I say.
One of the courgettes looks like its corped it. I fear death by marauding chicken. Might see if I can get a replacement we've extra at work.
All good. Banks, breakfast and then bit work in garden before I go. A few pressies to get in.
Oh and I weeded the spinach salad bar. It looks dreadful but they do seem to munch away at it and leave other things alone, except, courgettes.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Paid, gone to card. skint again.
ETA LU I think the question you asked me is in the small print but I'm almost certain that you have to be 18 to be a ski rep, there are lots of facebook pages for season jobs au pairs nannies etc, not sure of age restrictions for those. My friends son went over and worked in a ski shop setting up ski's when he was 17 but not sure that's common.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
