  • Work spreadsheet updated. I am slightly ahead of projected earnings (which weren't much).

Need to factor in holiday etc.

Given the redundancies at Mr Me's work - trip to big mountains is cancelled.

    Guess that makes sense.

    boo indeed pink.

Meeting this am - on phone in pjs. 2 hours work done.

Nipped out for a walk (1 mile its really yuk here) and some bits and bobs for lunches (miso soup, juice and some veg, yoghurts, bacon for weekend, sushi rice, birthday card) £18 sheesh it adds up.

    Also put petrol in £20

Its totally miserable contemplating book/fire situation. Getting up to stir sauces occasionally.

You know just to break up the craziness.

Add this onto a car bill of >700 is there any wonder why my CC is up?

Thank you Beanie - himself will be at the second viewing on Friday.

I've everything crossed. Mind you the flat might sink at this rate of rain.

    Sending out good vibes.

Just done budget/SOA - looks like I should have an extra £300 a month which I don't have. Sometimes I think my sums are all to pot.

    Goes to review budget again.

Our budget is the same. We have quite a bit of excess on paper but it just doesn't work out that way. Need to look into that more I think.

Yay to 2nd viewing. Everything crossed for you here. Selling the flat would ease some budget stuff I would assume? Or do you have plans for it? Personally I would have spent the money about 20 times over in my head by now and still wouldn't be able to decide what to actually do with it :rotfl:

  • I think the wee bits here and there are the causation but to be fair there's been very little 'here and there' things for a long time.

I have great news however, I did buy a pair of laces so my old work boots (DMS) can be my new work and walking boots. As my second hand free to me boots (6 years old) have had it.

The mortgage on the flat will be cleared, any extra I think himself thought could go as an over payment on here. But, we'll see. Its not likely to be much after all the costs.

:) fingers crossed we both get there eh starnac.

PS i found the battery recharger and the Wii so I can honestly say whilst its free exercise my snow skills on this thing are about as bad as in real life.

Yay to new work boots only costing the price of new laces!! :T

Also yay to charger and Wii. We have a Wii too but I get very annoyed. Pre-kids we used to play on it a lot and I was pretty good at the bowling even if I do say so myself. However, in real life I pretty much suck at bowling :rotfl: It's not fair! *sulks*

Also the Wii man is pretty judgy I found!

Any trips to the slopes planned?
