its being bouced because im after help. I just want rid of this bloody ccj asap. I am working away and dont have much time to attend court hearings etc.Waddle you do eh?0

If you really and truly want to get rid of the CCJ - you need to get it set aside and fight the case as Coupon Mad and others have been telling you.
If you pay a CCJ more than a month after the judgment date, it stays on the register for six years. There is no way to remove it even if you pay it. It will still appear on your credit history as satisfied - that is you paid the CCJ.
If you truly want help please start your own thread and let this one die so that folks can focus on your issue and do not have to trawl through the crap at the beginning.**********************************************

I thought if you had it set aside and the other party agreed it was removed?
I really dont have the time to argue the case as i am working abroad most of the year. I cant take time off to attend court cases, plus the odds are i would end up loosing and having to pay a fortune in court costs.
What would be the difference with me continuing to ask for help here?Waddle you do eh?0 -
Because no-one clicks on this thread any more and telling your story on it, is considered hijacking the thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
