Hey there,
I've replied your personal message and I'll let you know the content to have in the letter that has to be signed by Parking eye and yourself and good luck with it. I'm sure you'll be able to set that aside and please do not hesitate to ask questions.
Happy to help!
Cheers,

This has happened to me, can anyone help?
I have been abroad working since February, and I have just come home this last week to find that I have a CCJ on my account. I found out because my bank had sent me a letter informing me they had reduced my mortgage because of it. I have had no letters at all regarding any county court issue.
I have registered with experian and just been on the phone with the court about this and apparently its relating to a parking eye charge from December last year. They claim they sent me a court summons in march. I 100 percent have not had this.
I did not get the letter and I also was not even in the country. Do i have a way to have this set aside?. Im !!!!ed off as my credit rating has been fantastic so far besides this , and we where considering moving house, which this has now put the blocks on.
I would have paid the thing if i had recieved the summons.
Thanks

Hello,
This is one such very uncomfortable situations and I've gone through it all. Thanks to money saving experts who advised, suggested and made sure I got this set aside. Please go through the complete thread as I've many suggesting not to pay but appeal. I've paid my bill and then got the consent order signed which worked really well for me thou the mistake is not my side. It's totally your choice. Please let me know if you need any help. Happy to help.
Cheers,

Hey hang on Raja. You are telling everyone they have to do what you did and you actually PAID and you call it a 'bill'! We disagree. I am shocked you paid money to PE and think that's all OK!
If someone has got a CCJ they can get the judgment set aside for £155 to the Court (not PE) and then defend the claim, they don't have to PAY the scammers. It makes me wonder what your agenda is here.
No-one should be advised to PAY PE if they have the balls, and grounds and reasonable chance of success, to defend the claim (and they can get their costs back if they then win). People get these judgments set aside every week and people are not all just rolling over like Raja and paying the scam. There are other ways.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Had anyone else noticed how similar these two posts are, below, in the way they are typed & set out?Hello,
I am in the same situation as AaarDee. I have grounds to get the CCJ removed, and "ParkingEye are prepared to attempt to set aside Judgment via Consent Order".
They say :
"The consent order is to be drafted by you and once you have drafted the document, we request that this is sent to us by return to this email address. This will then be reviewed and should changes need to be made, we would notify you of these and work to find an agreeable solution to the case."
AaarDee; what did your consent order look like please? I've never had to write one before! Any help with this would be much appreciated![FONT="] Thank you.

Hi,
I'm not in agreement paying PE neither do I have an agenda except replying someone who're in the similar situation as mine and are looking for help and sorry for the term bill. I'm not telling everyone nor to myself that I won something extra ordinaryI just told what happened in my case and it's upto the person on how he wants to go ahead and happy to take your advice .
Cheers,
Raja0 -
But people can get the claim set aside WITHOUT paying PE; such as ricflairandy who has a perfectly good reason to apply to the court to get his defence heard, if he is so minded to try to defend (with our help).
It's strange how you are here when people bump your thread...
What's your take on the Beavis case then mate?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I agree there might be other ways by not paying it but challenging it which is what most of the members in this thread advised but I went ahead which might be totally wrong and I'm here just to tell others on what happened in my case and in no ways suggesting anyone to follow me. I'm not sure what Beavis case means ? I would better not reply or suggest anyone if that's unacceptable here.
Thanks and have a good evening.

Still not convinced about your raison d'être or why this weird thread got bumped. No-one should be following your lead and paying this monster of a firm. And yet you've done so and then try to make it look as though that's what MSE forum members advised? Hogwash!

sure, You're totally right! Since I did something wrong there is no reason why others should do the same. Please delete this thread .
Thank you!0
