I've had to buy some clothes recently as I wreck my clothes at work. I did my usual trawl of the local charity shops & Ebay, I bought 4 pairs of trousers & 5 tops I spent a total of £25.50. I went to my daughters wedding this morning & I wore a red jacket which was part of the suit I wore for my other daughters wedding 5 years ago, I wore the jacket over a black shift that I was given 2nd hand last year, I wore black court shoes that I've had for 6 years & a red & black fascinator that was also given to me, the only new item was a pair af sheer black tights at £2.99.

Hi again Rhonda
Well I hope you've got a good stock of coffee in and a couple of weeks to spare then:rotfl: with all the reading on this Forum. It took me a while to trundle back through and view everything I thought might be useful/interesting - just on this Forum.
..... and then theres the rest of the website!:rotfl: :rotfl:
are we going to see you again some time this side of Christmas?;)0 -

I agree..."unless you were renting a single room". My total income is less than £8,500. £4,500 of that goes on rent. You can't live on that, you exist ...
I have:- no car (can't afford bus either)
- no wash machine
- no TV (watch at mums)
- no central heating
- no fridge (can't afford the leccy, use mum's down the road)
- no computer (use public library)
