Listen to your own heart. You say you are 99% certain he is lying and you cannot live like this.
You are sociable and always try to include your husband in your friendships.
You have good insight into his family background and it's effect on him.
You agree to his use of !!!!!! because you say his sex drive is higher than yours.
You have clearly made a lot of effort to support your husband.
And yet he blames you for his use of websites offering sex.

Even if you had not tried so hard to support him; it would still not be an appropriate response for him to spend his spare time playing with himself and looking for sex outside the marriage.
Depression is not a proper reason for this selfish behaviour.
The bottom line is that he must take responsibility for what he has done. At the moment you seem to be doing all the work to see his point of view. How about giving time to your own devastated feelings now?
The marriage clearly has not been easy for you either. Did you respond by looking for sex with someone else?
