Yes Poppy. I have had one for my OH and one for myself. I did ask in the original email that I sent when complaining about the lube, if my annoyance with this product would affect me when it comes to participating in many more trials, although they never responded. I wonder if anyone has had a phone call from the Manufacturers?Hi all,
just out of interest anyone else who was on the disasterous crackle lube trial have you had any profile updates or trials since reporting it as I havent.0 -
I've not heard anything from the Manufacturers yet, will let you know if they call me.
The thing that annoyed me was they emailed to say that that i hadn't filled in the allergy form. I emailed straight back to say i had & that if they hadn't got it that i'd fill it in again. Within a minute i got a reply saying they hadn't had the allergy form.
Straight away i filled it in, replied back & said i had filled it in again & could she confirm that she'd received it....... but she never bothered to reply. It doesn't hurt to reply esp as she'd replied so quickly only 5 mins beforehand “Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”

I reckon alot of their emails are automated. I think I only ever once had a reply when I didn't receive a sample in time due to the postal strike.0 -
Thanks,I think next week I will email them then and ask if its affected my chances of trying anything as Ive never even had a profile update since, and it wasnt our fault,I wonder if the manufacturers will contact us at the end of next week when the trial finishes,my trials page says that I have completed that trial.Yes Poppy. The email address wasn't a general email address it was from someone called Diana & she emailed me & replied to my first response to her email within a minute. I only wanted her to confirm they'd received my allergy form as they said they didn't get the first one. If they didn't get it then they would discard my email about the allergy.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
