There is an online questionnaire for each trial so when you have finished the trial you log in and go to the questionnaire for that trial and complete it. if you forget they email you to remind you.

my trial's supposed to start today...and the product hasn't arrived as yet...and if it doesn't arrive...do I just mail them to let them know?? Don't want to muck things up on my first trial...

You'll probably receive it in todays post, the trial products often arrive on the trial start date.

Hi,me too,but lately I have found that when im doing a trial it doesnt seem to arrive until the day the trial starts,so hopefully it will come today,otherwise I will just start it from monday.

I have just received my trial for my 11 month old daughter, Natural Baby Moisturising cream.

Anybody else got this??

The trial details say try sample number 455 for a week then number 882 for the 2nd week but I have got 2 number 455 samples If anyone else is on this trial did you get the same or the 2 different numbers?? I have sent them an enquiry though am not holding much hope for a reply after reading this thread.

So glad I didnt get the lube trial...sounds awful!! :eek:
