I just got this email -
Further to your emails regarding your very strong reaction to the
Crackle Lube Spray, we were expecting you to complete an irritation
questionnaire on the product as per the email sent to you on Monday 19th
May.
We would ask you to please complete this as a matter of urgency as our
client needs to see the outcome of this. Unless this is completed very
soon, we will unfortunately have to disregard your irritation claim.
Many thanks for your assistance in this matter.
I filled in that form first thing the next day but they said they didn't get it so i have to fill the allergy form in again :rolleyes:0 -
I have since had an email from them saying they are very sorry I have had a reaction to the product and that the manufacturers may want to speak to me,I wish I would get the chance.0

I think they should speak to us considering what their product did.“Hope is the only bee that makes honey without flowers.”
Some people only dream of angels, i held one in my arms.

Ive had loads of trials through them. The best one being a batch of nappys that lasted me over a fortnight! and the worst being an organic shampoo and conditioner that smelt like paint!!! (I kid you not, the conditioner was awful)
The only downside os not always knowing who makes the product so you can avoid or buy it when it comes out

I tried and they never told me what the products are which is silly really if you like it and want to go and buy some!I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
