Wonder if anyone has any advice. I REALLY need to contact Ayton regarding a very adverse reaction I have had to one of their very recent trials. Ive sent emails etc to no avail. Has anyone EVER managed to get a reply of any kind when contacting them, and if so, what contact address did you use?

Have you deleted the original email you got telling you about the trial - You could try replying thro that. I find they just don't reply. It seems to me they get another company to send out and process the info on the trials and you can't contact them.Mysterious !
I sent 7 emails thro the contact us button before they actually read my message that I hadn't not received the stuff to trial and 3 of the replies were proving that they had not read my enquiry

Contact them and ask why you haven't had a trial and your ready and raring to go. Bet you then get the next trial on offer.I did that with Tesco and am now doing a trial for water filters after a long break with them when I used to get 1 item a week.
  • I was on holiday when I had a baby trial to do for my LO, I emailed them to say the reviews would be late but I never got a reply & now LO's profile is showing she (or rather I) didn't submit quick enough.

Thank you very much for that Echo.

It appears I am not the only one who had a nasty reaction to one of their recent trials, and they need to know Immediately!!

I am going to email them on that address you just gave me. I've had no luck with any other address ive tried, OR their own CONTACT US section! Here goes nothing......
