I have also had test samples - face serum and dog biscuits! Not for me! lol - My dog!

Seems to be a bit quiet now though... even though they message me occasionally asking me to update certain questions. No invites though confused-smiley-013.gif

    Enjoyed taking part though

So many questions, I wondered r they really doing cosmetics or market research? Maybe both, but I'd advise anyone NOT to give details of yr storecard if u can get credit on it, eg, John Lewis- type card.

They only ask for Loyalty card details, this can make you more likely to get a trial for eg: Boots product, because you are a customer.

PS. I've been registered with them for more than 4 years now and have never had any problems.

i have been registerd with this company for a while and have recently had a cinnamon hand wash and a cinnamon body lotion. i also have had the latest emails to update details but we are not going on holiday this year so wont get a suncare product. have just been asked to update what i use when i shave my legs so hopefully there will be a trial again soon. when i completed my last trial i got an email from them saying i had failed to complete my questionair but the questions were not available for me to answer. i emailed them and they were fine. it has not affected my star rating. the questionair was available to complete the next day which i did then. if this happens to anyone else you should email the support team.

Do you update your profile often? The trial do go pretty quick - they arrive all times of the day through emails so you need to click on them fairly swiftly. Good luck

This isn't normal, those are usually the last 2 questions when filling in the questionnaire. Does the trial show that it is completed in your profile? if not, it may be worth seeing if you can access it again, it may have been too early to fill it in.

I didn't trial this product but hopefully, there'll be somebody else that did and they can let you know if they had the same thing happen.

It is if you see this you have tried to enter the results earlier than requested.
