I signed up last week and have been asked to do a trial already - think it's for kitchen towel.

I looked to sign up, then had second thoughts. They want far too much information for my liking.
  • I have just completed a trial for Moonlight Renewal Serum. I thought i'd fill the questionnaire in now whist its on my mind rather than leave it to chance that I may forget in the morning. I was suprised to see that I only had to answer 2 questions, the first being, did the product cause any irritation and the second was to verify that i completed the trial.
Is this normal? and has anyone else completed this trial and had to answer more questions? I wondering if the questions defaulted to an 'opt out early' set of questions as its only just the 12/03/08 by a matter of minutes. I was hoping to write a bit of info about how i liked the product and wanted to tell them that the packaging was rubbish and leaked every where.

This isn't normal, those are usually the last 2 questions when filling in the questionnaire. Does the trial show that it is completed in your profile? if not, it may be worth seeing if you can access it again, it may have been too early to fill it in.

I didn't trial this product but hopefully, there'll be somebody else that did and they can let you know if they had the same thing happen.

Update: I was curious about the above and just logged on and tried to complete a questionnaire for a trial that doesn't finish until the 14th, I got exactly the same as you, it does look as if it was too early to complete. Not sure if you'll be able to access it again, I didn't go so far as to tick any of the boxes, I just logged out,

Have just completed the questionnaire for that product. It was a full set of questions scent, how effective the product was etc..

The product smelt terrible but was really good, its one I would certainly buy whatever (within reason) the price.
  • Ive just logged in now and the purple/brown tick that I had last night had turned back to green this morning. This meant I was able to complete the questions YEY!
I too would buy the product whatever it was?! I thought 'moonlight' would give it away, but I havent found any info.
Thank you to everyone for your suggestions, there is always such a nice group of people in this thread :)

I googled it but didn't come up with anything. The ingredients though make me think its going to be a `natural` top end product.
