Are you copying and pasting the password? If there's a space it won't register.

I completed my first 2-week trial for a beauty serum yesterday.

Just received an email requesting an urgent update on lipcare.

If you haven't recieved it, log in and go to profile family member, then scroll down to section that asks what colour lipstick do you use and then select and update. Trial invites tend to arrive quite quickly when they have an urgent update, fingers crossed

I got one for facecare, I'm guessing for a suncare item as it asked me to update when I am going on holiday, that was yesterday and I'd updated within 20 mins but still no invite even though email said for the same days trial.



I missed 2 last week as they were full by the time i got the email, but I did do a questionaire and got a free boots mascara.:j

Once you get on a trial and they update your punctuality it seems more invites follow.

I think the suncare trials are sent out to people going on holiday in the very near future from when they ask for a profile update.
I had to update mine too but I'm not going away until September time.
