Glad you responded Sparky61 as you were one of the people I had in mind when I mentioned those who get plenty of trials, so there is still hope then.

I never get asked to update my profile and when i log in theres never anything to do...am i doing something wrong?

I do get quite a few profile update requests but having said that, when I do update when they ask, I often find other items/brands have been added too.
It's worth going into your profile and going through each section slowly, you'll probably find some that you haven't seen there before. I have most things ticked on mine

Same here, all my profile is complete, nothing missed out at all.

Please bear in mind they have a massive number of people registered with them and apparently they were recently featured on GMTV (or similar) so it maybe they have recently been inundated with new members. Also as with most product testing and surveys sites they are likely to want very specific people for each product and that may mean screening out for the majority of us if we do not fit their exact criteria. As Sparky61 mentioned go through your profile very carefully, and update, it may help. Hope you get a product soon. I am still new to this myself, but was lucky to get refuse sacks to test as my initial project and since then I have had a serum trial and further refuse sacks, not exactly glamourous but I enjoyed the trials and like the thought of shaping a products future. Good luck for future trials.

I have signed up and was just filling in my profile but I read in the terms and conditions thay I may have to pay? See below:

5.2 I will only have to pay for the cost of submitting my information on the website belonging to the Service

Has anyone had to pay at all doing these trials? How does this work?
