I joined last week and have been invited for a trial today but I don't know what it's for, I've only got the code number on my trial list. Is there a way of finding out what product that code is for?

I joined last week and have been invited for a trial today but I don't know what it's for, I've only got the code number on my trial list. Is there a way of finding out what product that code is for?

click in the box next to it (which will mark a tick) and then look at the top of your screen where it says 'my trials' 'details' 'questionaire' etc. Click on details and it will tell you what it is for, as well as listing the ingrediants and how long the trial will last for. Be quick though - most trials fill up fast! :)

You can also do this for trials that you've missed - so you can add salt to the wounds andfind out what you've missed out on. 9 times out of 10 it'll be something you really wanted to trial as well!

If you've got a flashing question mark at the side of the screen it means you've been invited. If you've got a cross it means you haven't and if you got a tick it means your taking part. All the keys for it are at the bottom of the screen.

Don't forget to do the training part so you get selected for more.

Don't worry if you hardly ever get selected - it took 3 months for my first trial to come through and then another few months for my second. Since then, i'm practically getting them every week. The trick is to check your emails daily and often, as like i say the trials fill up fast.

Hope this is of help :)
  • Thanks mrsyorkie, I get it now. :) Was invited to a loo roll trial so all excited. It says pending now with an orange tick so i'm just hoping I get to be one of the lucky ones selected.

Dont know how you get all these trials. My family have all been signed up since September 2005 and never once been offered a trial. I do keep updating our profiles but still nothing.

Waste of time as far as i am concerned.

Does anyone know if the orange tick means u are on the trial but just waiting for it to begin (says joined trial and pending). I thought I was accepted but it should have started today and no product has arrived for me to trial and it's still an orange tick even tho the trial starts today.I thought it would have turned green.

It only turns green when you have completed it

The orange tick means that you are doing the trial. Sometimes it can take a day or two after the trial has begun to receive your product. Royal mail for you! As long as you've got a tick, it means you're doing the trial.

Joe - I signed my husband up at the same time as me as he hasn't received one trial. It must be mainly women they are after (I'm presuming Joe is a man's name) :)
  • Thank you Heather and Mrsyorkie. Am excited again now.:T
